We are a group of consultants bringing our life experiences together to touch on many aspects of your business - from nutrition communications to presentations and graphics to lean to process improvement. Food and beverage brands want to grow through nutrition-forward products and need credible science-backed messaging, but most marketing agencies lack deep nutrition expertise, and most RDs don't understand brand strategy or regulations. Nutritious Ideas delivers the integrated nutrition-marketing expertise and designs that turn science into sales.
As the founder of Nutritious Ideas, LLC, I have a passion for tracking food and beverage industry trends and keeping an eye on consumer eating habits to develop interesting and thoughtful nutrition communications.
Prior to my work at Nutritious Ideas, I worked at the Kellogg Company and assisted with nutrition communication and strategy as Nutrition Champion for the Kashi Company. My other role as Nutrition Marketer tasked me with establishing a business strategy for the WIC business, creating nutrition handouts and tools, writing balanced meal plans, creating PR campaigns for new products, communicating with retail dietitians, presenting nutrition facts and tracking consumer insights to drive nutritious innovations and sales throughout the Kellogg portfolio.
I have also held the position of Quick Research Consultant for a market research firm in Manhattan where I was expected to report on food and nutrition trends in “48 hours or less.” Fast-paced is my middle name!

Not an expert when it comes to creating CLEAN, READABLE presentations, but a content expert? Not all minds think alike when it comes to the layout, organization and creative design of the information within a presentation. That’s where I come in.
